What is Included?
- Up to 2 hours on site shoot.
- Images in your selected format (optimized for web or print)
- Limited license is granted to the purchaser only, for use of the images in promotion efforts (marketing) (in print and online) for a period of five (5) years from invoice date.
- Limited license also allows for images to be given to any real estate agent representing the purchaser for use to promote the home for sale until it closes.

Policies
- Scheduling: Please contact us via our “Request a Quote” Form. We will respond within 24 hours.
- Cancellation: If a cancellation occurs the day of the shoot, a cancellation fee of $55 will be invoiced.
- Ownership and copyright: 7Aviation owns all rights to all photos taken and only grants usage rights through a limited license.
- Limited License: The real estate agent or the purchaser, may use all images in their promotion efforts until the home sells for up to five (5) years. If after this date, the home hasn’t been sold, a new agreement can be created.
Want the highest value from your photos? Follow these tips prior to your shoot:
- Store away any seasonal decorations
- Remove any vehicles from the driveways.
- Prepare the yard to look its best
- Remove hoses and any other distracting items
- Arrange deck furniture
- Close all windows
